When our inner child has been hurt, we often carry trauma from those experiences. The consequences of this are that we may fear living authentically because of the negative beliefs instilled in us, such as "you're not good enough" or "you must try harder." We may come to believe that we will fail, leading to an overwhelming emotion called "fear." This emotion blocks our entire system, preventing us from processing unresolved trauma and keeping us stuck in repetitive patterns. It's a cycle that is difficult to break.
Treating ourselves with love and compassion can be incredibly helpful in breaking free from this.

What can you feel after a session?
The effects of the session may continue to unfold for several days after the treatment. During this period, you may feel energetic, light, focused, tired, restless, or in some way sense that you are going through a transition.
Thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations may surface as your body adjusts to the new energetic patterns. All of these experiences are normal and positive parts of the integration process.
Be sure to take rest, drink plenty of water, and be kind to yourself. Listen to what your body is telling you and take the time to reflect and feel about any experiences or insights that arise.
